Load I2C scanner
Create scanner sketch
File | Examples | Wire | i2c_scanner
Upload sketch to Arduino Uno
Do
Sketch | Upload or
Ctrl+U or use the Upload button in the menu bar.
Serial Monitor
Bring up
Serial Monitor to view Arduino serial output.
Using main menu, do
Tools | Serial Monitor or
Ctrl+Shift+M.
Below shows an example of the output. This shows that the device is on 0x3c.
